How do I order merchandise?
To purchase items in the Dot Gift Shop, you can:

Place your order online at www.dotgiftshop.com. (NOTE: only gift items and caps can be ordered on this website. Apparel may be viewed on this website, but must be ordered by mail, fax, phone or in person from your Dot Gift Shop Coordinator.)

Print and complete the Dot Merchandise Order Form and mail your order to:

What if I don’t have access to the Internet?
For employees who do not have Internet access, a printed version of the online catalog is available at the Dot Country Store and at each Dot location (see your Dot Gift Shop Coordinator as noted above).
How long will it take to receive my order?
Stock merchandise will ship within 24 hours (weekdays only). This includes all caps and gift items.
All apparel is special order and embroidered on demand. Apparel will ship within 14 business days of your order date.
If you order both apparel and stock merchandise, everything will ship together within 14 business days (when the apparel is ready).
If you need stock merchandise sooner than the apparel, please place 2 separate orders (one for stock items, one for apparel).
How will my order be shipped?
Unless you specify otherwise, the order will be shipped via UPS Ground. Allow 4 - 5 business days for delivery of stock merchandise (caps and gift items). Apparel is always a special order, so allow 14 business days for embroidery of your apparel and 4-5 business days for shipping.
Can I place a rush order?
Rush service is available only on stock merchandise (caps and gift items). To receive rush shipments, you must specify two-day or overnight shipping at the time you place your order. Do not include any apparel in the order if you need rush service. All apparel is special order.
How does Free Shipping work?
All shipping charges are waived if, when you place your order, you specify your location’s Dot Gift Shop Coordinator as the SHIP TO address. Your Dot Gift Shop Coordinator will notify you when your order arrives so you can pick it up from her. If you request delivery to your home, to a customer or to any address/person other than your site’s Dot Gift Shop Coordinator, you will be charged for shipping and handling as follows:

Can I have my order billed to one address, and shipped to another?
Absolutely . . . the website makes it very easy for you to do that. It is a great way to send a customer a gift, for example. The website even allows you to save Bill To and Ship To addresses to your address book, so you don’t have to re-enter that information every time you order.
How do I return or exchange an item if I am not satisfied?
Inventory Items:
We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our products for 30 days from the day you receive your order. If you are not satisfied due to poor quality, we will replace your order. We cannot accept returns on merchandise that is delivered as ordered and is free from defects in the quality and workmanship of the customization.
Please contact our customer service team at 800-468-4332 to advise them of your return and have your Sales Order number ready for reference. Merchandise cannot be returned without Lee Wayne Corporation's consent. All claims must be made within ten days of receipt of goods and must include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
Custom Orders:
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on Custom Order merchandise.
Is there a required minimum order?
There is no minimum quantity required. You may order as little as just one item.
How do I pay for my order?
You must pay for your order with a major credit card. Lee Wayne Corporation will appear on your credit card statement. You may also use your Dot Pay Card.
What credit cards do you accept?
You may pay for your order using VISA, MasterCard or American Express. You may also use your Dot Pay Card.
Is there sales tax on my order?
Sales tax will be collected on all orders. Lee Wayne Corporation is registered to collect and remit sales tax in all states where there is a tax. Applicable shipping charges and sales tax will be invoiced at the time of shipment.

Can I order my warehouse or driver uniform shirts on this site?
No, Lee Wayne Corporation is not the provider of Dot uniforms. Please see your location’s Human Resources Manager for instructions on ordering uniforms.
