1. Place your order online at www.dotgiftshop.com. (NOTE: only gift items and caps can be ordered on this website. Apparel cannot be ordered on this website -- it must be ordered by mail, fax or phone call to Lee Wayne Corporation OR in person from your location's Dot Gift Shop Coordinator.)
2. Print and complete the Dot Merchandise Order Form and mail your order to:
