To purchase items in the Dot Gift Shop, you can:

1. Place your order online at www.dotgiftshop.com.  (NOTE: only gift items and caps can be ordered on this website.  Apparel cannot be ordered on this website -- it must be ordered by mail, fax or phone call to Lee Wayne Corporation OR in person from your location's Dot Gift Shop Coordinator.)

2. Print and complete the Dot Merchandise Order Form and mail your order to:

4. At the Dot Country Store in Mt. Sterling: Fill out the printed order form available from the cashier, then mail or fax it to Lee Wayne Corporation.
